RemoteAgents are a real time 3D avatar technology capable of animation, text to speech, and artificial
intelligence. They are encapsulated in a high performance software 3D rendering system and are very easy to
deploy and use.

RemoteAgents can be used to create online training applications, help desk agents, perform product marketing,
augment your existing web based applications, differentiate and enhance your web sites, and make any kind of interactive
characters you can imagine possible.
How resource intensive are RemoteAgents?
RemoteAgents are highly optimized and have a low resource footprint in order to provide a quality experience on even
low or old end user machines.

Each release of RemoteAgents contains a LJJRE JAR file, a change log, samples, tutorials, and updated
documentation.
How long does LogicJunction maintain & support releases of RemoteAgents?
LogicJunction supports the two most recent major versions of each of its product.
What platforms are supported by RemoteAgents?
RemoteAgents are tested on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX, Ubuntu, and OpenSUSE; however, because
they are based on the Java 1.1 JDK they should function on any operating system and browser that supports Java.
What browsers are supported by RemoteAgents?
RemoteAgents are tested in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
What are the frequency of RemoteAgent updates?
The RemoteAgents development team is currently using 90 day cycles for releases. This is subject to change
without notice.
