Software Developer

This full-time position will involve working with the Product Manager and Product Team to develop a client-facing software application for drawing and data management based on an initial prototype and written technical specification/requirements document.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of core architecture and foundation for a client-facing Windows-based line drawing and data management application
  • Work alongside other developers who are working in Flex and C#
  • Develop flexible, extensible data structure to be consumed by various other software applications in Windows and on the web
  • Write technical documentation and manual for the application

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Four-year degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
  • A demonstrated history of start-to-finish object-oriented application development
  • Demonstrated experience in building complex desktop applications from the ground up
  • At least 5 year experience developing Windows applications in C#
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High standards of quality and pride in your work
  • Comfortable with lifestyle and demands of small, growing software company
  • Familiarity with Google Maps a plus
