Full-time Sales Professional

LogicJunction is a growing technology company that is always looking for professional sales talent to assist in selling our new cutting-edge Hospital Wayfinder product.

Description

The LogicJunction Wayfinder is a kiosk-based system with advanced interactive mapping capability built to help visitors find their way around a hospital.

This position will involve working with the existing sales team to introduce and sell the LogicJunction Wayfinder product to medium and large sized hospitals and hospital networks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage full sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads, to setting up appointments, demonstrating product, developing proposals, presenting contract and tracking and reporting on activity.
  • Execute the sales action plans and processes
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Utilize sales and promotional materials
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Give presentations of the LogicJunction Wayfinder to current and potential clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Present sales contracts
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management on a consistent basis
  • Participate in sales events and tradeshows

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Experience in dealing with all levels of customer personnel, including C-level management
  • At least 7 years experience in selling complex products/services
  • Experience in selling to hospitals (existing network of hospital clients a plus)

Program Knowledge

  • Ability to execute an existing sales process and be part of its continual refinement
  • Goal-driven
  • A solid understanding of technology and software sales
  • An understanding of the web and social media and how both are affecting modern sales pipelines
  • Familiarity with selling to hospitals and channeling through hospital hierarchies
  • Confident, persuasive and resilient but polite and respectful
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High standards of quality and pride in your work
  • Comfortable with lifestyle and demands of small, growing software company
